I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. Should this occur, I will provide a brief explanation and issue a refund in accordance with my refund policy.
Refunds will be determined on how much I've completed and how much is left to do.If you need to request a refund for your commission, please contact me by my email ([email protected]).If your commission hasn’t been started within 6 months of payment (or down payment), you’re eligible for a refund.For physical commissions, please note that there’s a required non-refundable initial payment to cover material costs. This will always be clearly outlined in your invoice so there are no surprises.Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and I’ll always do my best to work with you fairly.As an independent artist, I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund for a commission at any time, should the need arise, but I’ll always communicate with you if that happens.
If a commission is requested and you are a minor (under the age of 18), i request all communication be handled through the parent or legal guardian.Contact information must be provided for both the minor and their parent/guardian. If this information isn’t provided, the commission will be declined
I do not accept commissions with fixed deadlines.if you do need something ready by a certain time i will try to the best of my ability to finish it in said time but I cant guarantee anything.
While art is a top priority in my work, there are times when personal circumstances may cause delays. I always aim to complete commissions in a timely manner, but I appreciate your patience and understanding if things take longer than expected.If you haven’t received a work in progress update within 6 months of payment, you’re welcome to request a refund. Any refund issued will follow the terms outlined in my refund policy.your patience is incredibly appreciated ❤︎
3d models: 1 - 8 weeks
Fursuit head bases: 3 - 17 weeks
fursuit partials: 30 - 70 weeks
Plushies: 15 - 40 weeksnote that these times are estimated from the moment the commission is STARTED, and are just an estimate. Sometimes things are done sooner, sometimes they are done much later.
If you require a strict / guaranteed timeline, I recommend seeking an artist who offers deadline-based work :v

If a payment plan is agreed upon, you (the client) agree to pay 40% of the total commission cost upfront as a non-refundable down payment. This covers the cost of materials and secures your spot in my queue. No work will begin until this initial payment is received.All other payments after the down payment may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the refund policy above for more details.Once the down payment is made, the remaining balance will be split into equal monthly payments, based on what works best for you (up to a maximum of 9 months) to complete payment in full.

you're welcome to do whatever you want with the work you commission from me but by reading this TOS you agree that you forfeit any warranties and future repairs if my work is used in any such way. I will not work on suits, plushies, or any other work that has been used in any form of adult activity.
I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine or claiming the work as your own is strictly prohibited.
it is my work therefore, I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise, as well as including the artwork in my portfolio.
Reposting and sharing my work is ok, but i respectfully request that you give credit
